• Are your items ready to ship?

All our products are made to order and therefore follow the current turn around time. The turn around timeframe is always listed on our website header.

• Is rush available?
Yes, I offer rush production with an additional fee. Dependent on project, this additional cost can range from 15%-30% of the total project cost. If rush is requested, please send me a message here.

• Do you offer returns?

Due to the custom nature of each project, returns are not accepted. If there is any concern regarding the final product, please reach out here and I will work with you to make it right!

• What customizations are offered?

The possibilities are endless! Whether you want to make a copy of a already listed product or customize from scratch, we can create that magical piece for you! We have a list of colors, fonts, monograms available however this list is always growing and may not be up to date. Send a message here about what you’d like and we will make it happen!

• Do you offer bulk orders?

Absolutely! Bulk orders are considered all orders with 10+ items. Bulk orders do require additional time and materials and therefore will have their own unique turn around time. We will reach out to you to relay turn around time once we understand the full scope of the project.

• Do you take customer provided items?

This is dependent on the product. If you have items you are interested in embroidering, please send a message here and we will let you know if we are able to complete the project for you!
