Please include the following in the boxes below: Theme requests, Name, Birthdate, Height, and Weight (Full name, Time, and other details can be added as desired). In addition, please include color and font customization requests in the boxes below.  

This product entails a custom quote and mock ups based on details provided by client.  Cost is determined by quantity, design, fabric, and framing. Invoice will be sent following confirmation of order and project will begin once transaction is completed.
